There are two easy ways to apply to attend Camp Amanda:

1. You may fill out our On-Line Forms and send your applications directly through this website. Please read the instructions carefully and fill out the forms as completely as possible.
2. You may print out our Printable Forms and then mail them to Amanda the Panda. Printable Forms are available as PDF documents. Please read the instructions carefully and fill out the forms as completely as possible.

• Adult Form

After your on-line camp application form has been sent through this website, you will need to mail us a recent photo of each camper and a $35 refundable deposit per person registered. Only after all three items are received will your camp application be processed and a space reserved in your name. Mail photo and refundable deposit to:
